Based on a tried and tested 4-stroke architecture, it works like a conventional internal combustion engine connected to a tank, but uses hydrogen as a fuel source instead of petrol or diesel. Hydrogen combustion generates only water vapour and a small amount of nitrogen oxide. With zero CO2 emissions, the hydrogen combustion engine is a genuine alternative to traditional engines and a key tool in the decarbonisation of transport.
At Solution F, we have developed an innovative direct hydrogen injection system, and have been working for several years on various projects incorporating this technology. Thanks to our latest-generation test benches adapted to the development of hydrogen combustion engine technology, we can contribute to accelerating its deployment. We can develop our own engines, but we can also support our customers in their projects.
